Can I add a gift message?

Yes! You can add a gift message in the box provided at the end of the “Your Cart” page before you check out.

When will my package be sent out?

Your package will be sent out within 1-2 business days and will usually be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S.V.I.

What are your shipping rates?

For the four Customized Packages on the Dementia/Alzheimer's page: You can view the shipping rates at the top of the product description for each of the customized packages.

For all other items: We offer free standard shipping for orders totaling $75 or more, except for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders totaling $75 or more that are being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat shipping rate of $20 for standard shipping. All orders under $75 will be charged actual shipping rates based on weight.

What is your return policy?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving it at: contactus@dabblesack.com. We will send you a replacement (same or comparable item) at our cost. You do not need to send back the damaged or defective item.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please reach out to us at: contactus@dabblesack.com within 45 days of receiving it. Please let us know the item(s) that you wish to return and a brief reason for the return. We will reply by email with return instructions. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, in new condition, and sent within 14 days of contacting us, in order to receive a full refund (minus the original shipping fee). You are responsible for return shipping cost in this case. 

Is there a reason why your questionnaire for customized packages doesn't ask us to provide a stage of dementia?

We don’t ask about stages because people often find it difficult to determine that. We prefer information regarding function and ability, but you are welcome to let us know an approximate stage if you would like to. You can add this in the box at the end of the questionnaire.

How do you choose what goes into my customized package?

We customize your package based upon your answers to our questionnaire (located on the order page). You can add additional information that you feel would be helpful for us to know in the box located after the Yes/No questions.

What is your COVID-19 handling procedure?

Safety is always our top priority. In receiving new inventory as well as preparing your packages for shipping, we handle all products using gloves and masks. We stand with you during this very challenging time.
